The Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Bataan headed by Vice Governor Cris Garcia recently participated in the celebration of Women’s Month 2024. The event aimed to highlight the crucial role that women play in governance and in the societal development of the province.

The Sangguniang Panlalawigan expressed its enthusiastic support for the invaluable contribution of women in various programs and initiatives that lead to progress in the community. The Sangguniang Panlalawigan also said it is committed to strengthening women empowerment through the adoption of Gender and Development (GAD) advocacies. These initiatives promote gender equality and empowering women in the province.
